The English name of sodium m-nitrobenzene sulfonate is 3-Nitrobenzenesulfonic Acid Sodium Salt. The product is white to yellow crystal or uniform powder. Used as a resist agent for vat dyes, sulfur dyes and a color-forming protective agent for dyes, as a rust inhibitor for ships and a nickel-stripping agent for electroplating. Used as a catalyst, also used in organic synthesis, dye industry, etc. It is also an intermediate for dyes and vanillin. This product is a mild oxidant, in the fabric printing or dyeing steaming, can protect the color light, in the fabric boiling and mercerizing, to attach the knife wire, cover paste, can offset the role of reducing substances, can also be used as an oxidant when the dye synthesis.
